Challenge Program #2

1. You are to design and create code for a program that does the following:
   • allows the user to generate an order
   • allows the user to select the size of a pizza
   • allows the user to select topings
   • displays an order number that is automatically incremented after the previous order is printed
   • calculate the total cost of the order as each option is selected
   • print the order form
   • clear the form after printing ready for the next order
   • at start up the order form should default to regular size and no toppings
     
     
2. The illustration below suggests a design for the form, but you may modify it if you wish.
   
   
   
   
   

   Hint: Although there are many approaches to this program, you may wish to consider using Const for the prices, and setting the property for Const as currency.

   
   
   
3. Part of the challenge in this program is to demonstrate your programming skills. Anything that you do with this program that can enhance it and "show off" what you know is acceptable, as long as it does not distract from the program.
